What is SOMA EFT?

SOMA EFT addresses the stress your mind/body holds and then neutralises it, so you feel lighter. It also helps to provide a new perspective on past experiences and, in many cases, access relief from any associated pain. SOMA EFT is a means to address any uneasiness in the mind/body, including:

A general feeling of being out of sorts

Being afraid

Feeling triggered

Indecisive

Lacking direction

Headaches

Overwhelm

Stuck in a negative loop with actions and speech.

How does it work?

The great thing about SOMA EFT is you are in control. With my guidance you release the emotional pressure for yourself. You tap using your fingers on key acupuncture points (meridians) to access your innate capacity for healing. Naturally, no needles are involved.

Why do I need an EFT practitioner?

The mind/body’s instinctive response to ensure you stay safe is hardwired in the autonomic nervous system. so, while you are self-tapping you may encounter resistance to getting to the source of the problem. Working with me 1:1 will give you the time and space to process what needs to change. I listen sensitively to how you describe your situation. I am attuned to the subtle language of your body and what it is communicating. Combined with years of experience I will focus and increase the effectiveness of each session.

How will EFT help me?

EFT improves your understanding of underlying fears, stresses and anxieties. It is a gentle technique which works at a profound level. It aids relaxation, neutralises negative beliefs and elevates positive emotions.

Where does EFT come from?

EFT has an impressive pedigree.

A Stanford University engineer, Gary Craig, developed EFT in the 1990s, building on the pioneering work of the clinical psychologist Dr Roger Callahan.

Dr Callahan pioneered Thought Field Therapy (TFT), which is a means to accessing ‘causal diagnosis, which identifies the causes of the problem’ as understood by the person experiencing the problem.

He also identified the positive impact of working with ‘psychological reversal’, a means by which we self-sabotage emotionally and physically. Gary Craig then applied this learning to the skill of acupuncture, but without using needles; instead, he opted for the gentle power of tapping on key acupuncture points with our fingers.

As a trained practitioner I will guide you through the process of discovering and releasing emotional blocks through the gentle act of tapping on acupressure points. Together we will befriend the emotions that are released in your body hence SOMA = body. You will come to feel lighter, freer and more in control of your life.

Understandably, the benefits of working with a trusted practitioner EFT increase over time as each session deepens trust and well-being. At each stage hidden blocks come to light you will be able to experience and increased clarity and a greater sense of calm. You will be in control and confident.

Do not engage in EFT while driving or operating heavy machinery. Adverse effects, also known as abreactions, are rare and often associated with other underlying issues. That is one reason it is advisable to work 1:1 with an accredited practitioner.

The benefits of EFT increase over time. Each session will deepen trust and well-being. As your hidden blocks come to light, you will experience an increased clarity and greater control of your life.

The Mind State System Programme

My methodology is centred on creating a hands-on, done-with-you coaching experience. I have a heart-to-heart with each Business Owner or C-suite executive to personalise the work we do through a coaching system that consists of four sections for individuals with an optional fifth section to support business.

In the initial welcome section of The Mind State System, we focus on bringing you to a state of self-discovery to help identify what areas need attention in your personal and professional life. That gap analysis is interlinked to section one, where we focus on what is happening within your body and mind, identify the internal triggers that precede certain behaviours and explore why you do what you do using your value and belief systems.

Then in section two, we look at why you need to change and why having goals that give life direction matter. It’s time to start thinking about legacy and how to make the limited experience on this planet matter. Moving on to section three we address the who aspect of transformation that will commence with recognising the power of self and then continue with fundamental questions such as what you can offer, who you can become in the future, who needs you, who you need, who knows what your potential is, who wins, how you nurture a positive mindset with the people around you daily and how you should be pacing yourself so you learn to access your potential sustainably.

Finally, in section four, we look at implementation and commitment to your future self through practical problem-solving. It will be beneficial for us to reverse engineer the problem in order to create the ideal solution, the steps that need to be taken to get there, who in your circle of influence can help and how you can unveil hidden resources to uncover what else is available to you. For business situations, we can go further by looking at leveraging the skills and talents of your staff so more stakeholders are involved in the process to determine how we move forward together. Each module is supported by a live 1:1 coaching call over Zoom.
